The quality of an organic wine does not only depend on a healthy product, but has to be as tasty as a conventional one.
Enotrio (Oinotros), a resident of Enotria, greek mythical hero leader of the people landed in southern Italy in the
eleventh century BC precisely Oenotria, a land where grapes are grown and wine is produced.
Eno-trio was born from the love that I have for the wine, intended not so much as a drink of water and ethanol as the
evolution in it up to being life, viticulture, for nature in general for the fatherly love towards my daughters Stefany and
Désirée; from this "trio". The logo consists of a circle, completed Written by Eno-down trio, which encloses a screw with
a double cordon of grapes that surround the Etna, our beloved volcano.
For the label, we were inspired by the natural elements present in our vineyards. It represents, in fact, the vineyard with
roses that mark the rows. Representing the region of Sicily - Etna is two very important components: the Etna in the
distance that seems to embrace the vineyard; and the "pagghiaru 'npetra" classic refuge for shepherds or farmers and
storage for small agricultural tools, so named because it was built with lava rocks to dry. The roof, almost always in stone,
it is a fake dome, consisting of branches of broom-woven tree branches.
For the desire of my daughters, for some years I decided not to sell the grapes that produce wine himself but. I started
with a wine produced in a vineyard in Randazzo Contrada Calderara, Nerello Mascalese DOC, and I completed a bottling
line Gewürztraminer and Pinot Noir.
